Director of Medical Surgical, Oncology and Pediatrics - near Tampa, FL
The Director provides leadership to an assigned nursing unit(s) with responsibility for planning, directing and evaluating the patient care and services provided.
Requirements: Current licensure as an RN. Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider. Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in a similar nurse leadership position required. Customer service abilities including effective listening skills. Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, strong communication skills and leadership abilities. Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.

ED Resource RN - North of Atlanta, GA
Resource RN position available in ED. This position is a full time position in the Emergency Services Dept. at Busy N Atlanta region Hospital. This is a supervisory role; strong leadership skills are required. Requires ER/or ICU experience. This Resource RN will conduct interviews in hiring staff, work on time and attendance, help do evaluations and counselings. RN will have 60-70% of time on the floor and 30-40% of time on administrative responsibilities. This is a nights 12 hour position, 72 hours per pay period.
